Ingredients
- 4 cups prepared gluten free muffin batter We suggest Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix or King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Muffin Mix
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
- ½ cup mashed ripe banana
- ¼ cup almond butter
Instructions
- Fold ingredients into prepared gluten free muffin batter.
- Spoon into paper lined muffin tins.
- Top with a dried banana or plantain chip if desired.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool.
