Rhubarb Shrub
Vinegar gives this tart drink base added zing. Use it as a mixer for cocktails

Ingredients
- 1 cup rhubarb syrup
- 1 cup raspberry or white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Combine syrup and vinegar. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Use as a mixer for cocktails, or add non-alcoholic beverage of choice.
