Mascarpone & Blue Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce

  • 8 Ozs. Wisconsin Mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ Cup Wisconsin blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 Cup Grandma Raab’s Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Ea. Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Micro greens or chopped herbs
  • 36 Ea. Smoked almonds
  • 12 Lg. Crackers such as Potter’s Graham Crackers
  1. In a small bowl, combine cheese. Stir well to combine. Set aside.
  2. In another small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and jalapeno pepper. Set aside.
  3. To make canapés, spread about a tablespoon of cheese mixture over crackers.
  4. Top with a teaspoon of jalapeno cranberry sauce and three almonds.
  5. Finish with micro greens or herbs. Serve.
