Prepared bourbon buttered morels

Fresh asparagus
cut into 1" pieces

Fresh parsley

Shredded cheese of choice
mozzarella, Swiss, Havarti, cheddar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray four 12 oz individual casserole dishes or ramekins with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and half and half until well blended.
Carefully fold in remaining ingredients, being careful not to break up the croissant cubes.
Spoon mixture into prepared dishes to 3/4 full.
Place on a sheet pan. Bake of 40-50 minutes or until golden brown on top and eggs are set.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
