Rhubarb Rosemary Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 small sprig rosemary
  • 1 piece fresh lime
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin of choice
  • 1 ounce rhubarb shrub
  • splash of white soda or club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a tall glass, muddle 1 piece of lime, and a small sprig of rosemary.
  • Add ice, gin, & prepared rhubarb shrub, and top with soda. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
