Lemon Lavender Vodka

Ingredients                                Makes about 4 cups

1                  Liter                        Vodka

4                  Ea.                           Lemons, washed, cut into slices

1                  Tbsp.                       Lavender flowers

Directions

Stack lemon slices in a large glass container.  Add lavender flowers.  Fill with vodka.  Cover and store in a cool, dark place for at least 3 days or up to two weeks.  Strain mixture through a coffee filter or paper towel into the original vodka bottle.  Cap and store until needed.

Serve on the rocks or as a base with your favorite mixer.
