Ingredients Makes about 4 cups
1 Liter Bourbon
1 Ea. Honey crisp apple, washed, sliced thin
1 Ea. Granny smith apple, washed, sliced thin
1 Ea. Golden delicious apple, washed sliced thin
3 Ea. Cinnamon sticks
Directions
Stack apple slices alternately in a large glass container. Fill with bourbon. Add cinnamon sticks. Cover and store in a cool dark place for at least three days and up to two weeks. Strain mixture through a coffee filter or paper towel into original bourbon bottle. Cap and store until needed.
Use on the rocks or as a base for cocktail of choice.
