Ingredients
- 4 cups prepared gluten free muffin batter We suggest Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix or King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Muffin Mix.
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Fold basil, lemon zest, and lemon juice into prepared gluten free muffin batter.
- Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
