Ingredients Makes about 4 cups
1 Liter Gin
1 Ea Honey dew melon, peeled, seeded and cut into balls or pieces.
1 Ea. Seedless cucumber, sliced thin
Place melon and cucumber in a two quart glass container. Fill with gin. Stir and cover. Store in a dark place at room temperature for at least three days and up to two weeks. Strain through a coffee filter or paper towel into original gin bottle. Cap and store until needed.
Drink on the rocks or use as a base with lemon lime soda, tonic or other mixer of choice.
